Euphoria Bud offers a 14-day return policy on all cannabis products. Customers may return any cannabis product in its original, sealed condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

All flower and concentrate products are final sale and cannot be returned.

What does “original condition” mean?

The product must be in the original, sealed packaging in which it was received.

Do I need a receipt?

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Will I get back what I originally paid for the product?

You will receive a refund for any eligible product(s) returned within 14 days of receipt. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
