For 2-hour delivery in North York, you must be present with government photo ID proving you’re 19+. Another adult (19+) with valid photo ID can accept on your behalf. For any other deliveries, if you’re not home, you’ll receive pickup instructions.

Yes. If you choose 2-hour delivery in North York at checkout, you will need show valid government-issued photo ID which proves you are 19 years of age or older to the delivery driver.
To accept any other delivery, you must show original valid government-issued photo ID and sign for the package (due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, they may ask for a verbal signature instead). An order can only be delivered to an adult 19 years of age or older.
